When you sign in with Google, we receive:

Your name and email address from your Google account
Your Google profile picture
Google OAuth tokens for authentication

If you connect Google Workspace integrations (Calendar, Gmail), we additionally access:

Calendar events for scheduling features
Email metadata for workflow integrations

To authenticate you and manage your account
To provide the features and tools within True Classic HQ
To associate your activity with your team

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using encrypted connections. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is only used within the True Classic HQ platform for its intended operational purposes.

Data Retention

Your account data is retained while you are an active user. If your account is removed, your personal data will be deleted.
